I'v been working on my bonus posts with colouring of the printed digital stamps. One of them I already posted, it's the one with the daffodils, which you can see here. For one of images I planned to do swatches for the colouring method I was using. And after that I got the idea to do that for other colouring methods that I will be using. I'm not the best swatch maker, I tend not to create swatches, which gets annoying when I'm choosing colours and don't know how they look. So I decided to swatch out all of the colouring methods, for which I don't have any swatch cards and film it at the same time. I'm starting with the Zig Color Real Brush Markers from Kuretake. I bought the set with 24 markers and I additionally purchased an extra red. The colours in the order as they are on the photo are: COLUMN 1:
The Zig Real Brush markers are very vibrant and are great for those who would like to use watercolours, but find them intimidating. These markers and other markers that are similar to them are watercolour markers, which means they can be used with water, but they can also be used without water, just like you would use alcohol markers. And in this way you don't need to worry about water control. The Real Brush in the title of these markers indicates that the nib is made out of bristles rather than a felt tip. Very helpful for smaller and detailed images. If you have any questions about these markers or any other watercolour markers let me know in the comments under "Leave A Reply".
